When the producers from the film reached out I could not say another thing than "I'm in" when I learned about the relevance of the story and how impactful it could be for Dutch & Molukan culture. I really liked the thought of reaching as many people as possible with a cool poster that would translate the story into one image. Watch the film and learn more about the Dutch/Molukan war and how two friends with different ethnic backgrounds confront the history of their grandparents choices from very different points of view. Thank you to Pavel, Daan, Sander and the team at New Amsterdam for making this happen and getting me onboard the final stage of this journey.
